What it does

What you can do with BioBot today

BioBot combines conversational guidance with defined single-cell analysis tools. It translates a scientist's request into established workflows instead of improvising an arbitrary analysis script.

With a trial account, users can upload supported count data, select a dataset, run available analyses, inspect generated results, and continue from previous findings in the same conversation.

Analyze through conversation

Ask for quality control, filtering, normalization, variable-feature analysis, dimensionality reduction, clustering, cluster marker genes, and expression visualizations using natural language.

Defined bioinformatics workflows

BioBot uses established Seurat-based analysis steps and automatically runs required prerequisites instead of generating an uncontrolled analysis script.

Results that stay connected

Datasets, conversations, plots, tables, and generated artifacts remain available for follow-up questions and later analysis.
